Fire Training in Santa Teresa Park, Day 1, 6/6/17 by Ronald Horii
On 6/6/17, there was a fire training exercise at Santa Teresa Park (continuing on 6/7/17). A few trails and all but one of the parking lots were closed to the public. I walked up Bernal Road to see what was happening. I took these pictures from a distance from Bernal Road, the Pueblo access road, and the picnic area by the first parking lot. My 30X travelzoom camera came in handy. The pictures below are roughly in chronological order, but mostly are grouped by activity.
