Martial Cottle Spring Celebration Partners 5/6/17 by Ronald Horii
On 5/6/17, the first Spring Celebration festival was held at Martial Cottle Park. It was called "A Taste of the Valley of Heart's Delight." Partner organizations had exhibits and activities. They were 4-H, Our City Forest, Master Gardeners, and Master Composters.
