Penitencia Creek Flooding, 2/13/17 by Ronald Horii
I heard about flooding on Penitencia Creek in East San Jose last week:

I thought I'd check it out, so I took the Light Rail to the Penitencia Creek Station and walked down the Penitencia Creek Trail. (I can't drive or bike while recovering from shoulder surgery.) Here's a map. Note that I went from Capitol Ave. to King Road along the trail, then returned on the other side of the creek along Cape Horn Drive and Commodore Drive: https://www.sccgov.org/sites/parks/parkfinder/Documents/PenitenciaGuideMap.pdf
