Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve Before the Big Storm 1/6/17 by Ronald Horii
It's been a wet winter, but most of the rainstorms have been light and brief. There was a series of big storms coming up this weekend, so I wanted to see what Coyote Valley Open Space Preserve looked like before it hit. Here's what the preserve was like.

Nice documentation of conditions. I did trail patrol on bike a couple of weeks ago, and the pictures above show that it was a lot muckier than when I went already when Ron got these. I'll stay away for a while to avoid doing any damage to CV's normally pristine trails.
