Sunset Hike on Joice & Norred Trails, Santa Teresa Park 10/18/16 by Ronald Horii
Near sunset on 10/18/16, I went for a hike up the Joice Trail in Santa Teresa Park. On the way down, I took a short side trip on the Norred Trail to shoot the sunset. Here are some pictures. I took them with my little Canon SX260HS travelzoom compact camera that I always carry with me on hikes. I used my hiking pole, which has a screw mount that turns it into a monopod, for steadying the camera to take the low-light pictures at sunset. The camera has a small sensor, so the low-light pictures are a bit noisy.
