Day on the Bay, Alviso Marina 10/9/16 by Ronald Horii
The 7th annual Day on the Bay multicultural event was held at Alviso Marina County Park on 10/9/16. It was sponsored by Supervisor Dave Cortese, in partnership with the Santa Clara County Parks. Here's how the County Parks described it:
"Day on the Bay is a celebration that brings people together to enjoy activities rich in diversity and talent, and abundant in ethnic expression. Day on the Bay is also a resource fair focused on health and wellness where the local community can meet non-profit, government and community-based organizations to learn about their services. Community groups will provide ethnic food booths, face painting, fire trucks, scout troops and much more."
