90 years of the Weekly Epidemiological Record (WER) by World Health Organization (WHO)
On 1 April 1926, a small team of epidemiologists in the Health Office of the League of Nations, in Geneva, laboured to bring forth the first edition of the Weekly Epidemiological Record (WER).

The WER has been published without interruption, every Friday, for 90 years. It informs public health practitioners and researchers about health threats.

Good health data saves lives.
