Brazil's National Round-table Workshop von International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD)
The results of the evaluation of IFAD's country programme in Brazil are being presented today in Brasilia during an event co-organized by Brazil’s Ministry of Planning, Budget and Management, and IFAD’s Independent Office of Evaluation (IOE). The findings and recommendations of IOE's report are being examined by representatives of Brazil’s Federal Government and other key stakeholders within the country, such as State Governments, municipalities and civil society organizations. The conclusions from the workshop will be taken into account for the preparation of IFAD’s new strategy for Brazil, which should be ready to come into force within the first quarter of 2016.
