More than 150 full-time and adjunct faculty, professional staff and supportive students demonstrated on the Wayne campus calling for a fair deal for workers in state contract negotiations. The William Paterson University AFT is covered under the Council of New Jersey State Locals contract negotiated with the State’s Office of Employee Relations (OER) and members have been working under an expired contract since July 1, 2015.
