Move on @Visible Evidence by Goethe-Institut Toronto
The European Media Art Network in partnership with the Goethe-Institut and overseas partners in Australia and Canada organized artist residencies 2014 - 2015 in Australia, Canada, England, Germany, France and the Netherlands within the framework of the European Media Artists in Residence Exchange.
Media artists in the fields of digital media included internet and computer based art, filmmakers, sound and video artists from Europe, Australia and Canada realized a new media project during their two-month residencies at their respective European, Canadian or Australian host organisations.
All of them will participate in the final exhibition "Move On - New Media Art from Australia, Canada and Europe" at the Werkleitz Festival in October 2015 in Halle/Saale, Germany.
The Goethe-Institut Toronto brought the two-year project to a close with an international media arts symposium at last week's Move On Conference.
