Today, in our #retrospective series, we are profiling the work we did for Men In Black.
The movie, directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, starred Tommy Lee Jones & Will Smith. Matthew Gratzner was the Prop Designer and fabricator of all the futuristic prop guns in the movie. After the movie went onto be a huge success, Matthew's original designs were really coveted, finding homes for thousands of dollars at auction.
In addition to the amazing collection Matthew designed, we also designed and fabricated a 1:24 scale gorge, desert landscape, five moving vehicles with working head/taillights, and other miscellaneous props.
