Branch Meeting in Kwamashu by ACDP
This week Cyril Khanyisani Mvuni and Jo-Ann Downs lauched branches in KwaMashu, Inanda and Ntuzuma, which is a township north of Durban, where poverty levels, crime, unemployment, HIV, sexual violence are the big obstacles to residents having a #SharedFuture. It has been extremely difficult to help people in this region in the past, due to the political climate. Within an hour of being there, a local councillor from the ruling party came to intimidate us and our members. Our brave members continued to sing, and we made it known that we had his picture and our MPL had explained that in Democratic South Africa, we are free to conduct meetings with communities, and assist them where possible. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers, as their commitment to our party is an amazing show of growth and support. We will fight for fairness and freedom from intimidation in this area. — in KwaMashu. (near KwaMashu)

Taking a picture of tghe errant Councillor is one thing, but reporting him to the Police and Ruling Party Leadership is another... These people need to be made an example of and disciplined!
