Remember how the DX Jack Sparrow was $5 more than this? And came with $100 worth of extra accessories? This is clearly the worst pricing HT has ever come up with. There were a few doozies in recent memory, but this just takes the cake. It's like they were looking at a totally different figure and accidentally slapped its price tag onto this one.

No accessories, crappy likeness, doesn't even have PERS. Have fun counting preorder sales, HT.

WOW! HT is going too far with these prices! This is not for the average collector anymore. There are very few people out there that can afford to spend thousands of dollars in toys. Soon, we won't be able to have two characters from a movie for less than $500 bucks... I rather use that money to go on vacation to be quite honest.

@Chris- I paid $215 total for my DX Jack Sparrow lol. Crazy right? Their prices are becoming ridiculous anymore. We are starting to pay more for less! At these prices, not only should the figures come with a good amount of accessories, but they should get nicer packaging as well. Better yet, any figure priced over $200 bucks, should get the DX treatment. Come on Hot Toys...make us feel like we are getting our money's worth.

149 dollar figure at the most, but half of the people talking are going to buy him 1763 likes so if 1/2 buy him thats 207,270.00 at the least as of now and thats sideshow prices the us distributor with the highest price tag lol both of these companys are ripping us off... worst x-men movie and worst costume. some fetish S&M latex, cheesy outline ribbings and bell bottoms?! Its nothing compared to the comics original. Thats what happens when you sell your rights to suits who dont understand the true comic fans taste. Hot toys shouldn't be blamed tho.

actually overpricing is not Hot Toys' fault. we should blame resellers and those who paid crazy money on these figures. Hot Toys see people can sell their products for much higher price on ebay so they rise their price. Please release Cat Woman for the Dark Knight rises too. That will be cool to stand aside Batman.
