它緩慢移動!東部以東共伴會很明顯…還好不是在陸地，但臺灣東半部及北部，包括最南邊屏東、恆春都是要注意降雨，也因為條件跟環境關係沙德爾有機會還有增強空間。另外海邊會有明顯風變!海邊長浪…不適宜任何海上活動。
