***Update***-We would like to recognize Erin Decosta, Jen Howland, and Chace Howland. These three individuals immediately rescued the child and their quick reaction with early CPR directly aided in the revival of the child on scene.
Today career firefighter Jesse Lacerda heard a panic yell for someone to call 911 while he was out in his back yard. Jesse’s quick thinking to hop over his backyard fence lead him to assist with a young child who had drowned. FF Lacerda and the bystanders were able to revive the child with these actions.
Another example of how our members are always on duty for the community. Thank you to group 4’s FF Lacerda.
