For me its very confusing right now, maybe after a while here I will understand what it is about and how it works but right now I have no idea. and no idea how to post or answer a post. so can someone please just let me know about some of these things. I have suffered with depression most of my life which came from abuse as a child into adulthood. I also suffer with PTSD. which is another new ball game. hope I get a reply somehow.

Fibro, in my many years experience, changes. You may experience different things and not be sure if it is your fibro or something else. Especially if you have other afflictions along with fibro. It makes it much harder to manage and make your life normal. But if you can, exercise is one of the best things but not to overdue it or you will be in bed several days after recuperating. Moderation. You have to find your own limits.
