Five years ago, the concept of Life After Hate sprang to life when our co-founders courageously sought a safe space to share narratives of personal transformation. But we were challenged to do more.
Four years ago, Life After Hate was born as a non-profit supported by our own personal resources and volunteered time. Today, our mission is to inspire others to a place of kindness and compassion.
Because of your dedication, support, and belief in our ability to create positive change, we've aspired to even greater heights.
It is with great pride that we announce one of our newest projects. Life After Hate has partnered with RTI International (one of the world's leading research institutes), academic subject matter experts, and human rights organizations on a three-year project to study the onset, persistence, and desistance from extremism, culminating in an assessment tool to better measure disengagement and deradicalization.
To all of our Life After Hate family, we thank you for your continued courage and support.
