Government Organization
The Pyidaungsu Parliament has approved and promulgated the four IP Laws on the respectived date with the signature of the President_ Industrial Design Law (2/2019) and Trademark Law (3/2019) on 30-1-2019, Patent Law (7/2019) on 11-3-2019 and Copyright Law (15/2019) on 24-5-2019. Promulgated IP Laws will come into force on the date when the President issues an order.
