About giving season
Giving season is a 6-week period where Meta may match eligible donations to eligible charities on Facebook. Meta will match up to USD 7 million of eligible donations.
If you sign up to be a monthly donor to an eligible charity on Facebook during giving season, then Meta may match a donation after the second donation has been made on that recurring agreement.

Giving season time period
Matching for giving season begins on 15 November 2022 at 09:00 Pacific Standard Time and runs until 31 December 2022 at 23:59 Pacific Standard Time, or until the USD 7 million match fund is spent. For your donation to be eligible for match, you will need to have set up a recurring donation between 15 November 2022 at 09:00 Pacific Standard Time and 31 December 2022 at 23:59 Pacific Standard Time. Recurring giving campaigns for charities
For giving season, charities can create fundraising campaigns focused on signing up recurring donors.
You can set up a recurring giving campaign from your charity's Page. You'll find the option to create this kind of campaign on the left, under other campaign types.
If your charity has transitioned to the new Pages experience and is eligible to use the Charity Manager, then you can create a recurring giving campaign from Charity Manager. You'll find the option to create this kind of campaign on the Fundraising campaigns page of Charity Manager.
