To post a photo to your friend's timeline:

From your News Feed, tap Search at the top of Facebook and enter the name of your friend.

Go to your friend's timeline.

Take a new photo, or choose a photo from your device's library, then tap Done.

Add an optional comment.

To use editing tools for your photo before you share it, open Facebook on a computer or log into the Facebook app for iOS or Android.
To edit a photo you've shared:

When you take photos, some cameras and cameras on phones add information about where you are, along with the time and date.
Keep in mind, you may need to change the location settings on your camera, phone or camera app to have this information added to your photo.
