I've been working on the Credit assignment for a couple of weeks now. (I've completed and passed Cash, but want as full an education from this course as possible so have given Credit a go). My code compiles without error, but declares most (but not all) .card numbers as Invalid. Chat GPT - who is my personal tutor - can't identify the error, how do you go about combing through it all to find the place where it is going wrong. (I won't bother to include the code as it is more of a philosophical question)
I have a very general question rather than an issue. I have an odd conundrum. I am currently working on the "just setting up my twitter" assignment. I have created a program that technically meets the criteria… Mehr of the assignment.
But there are no lists, loops, or dictionaries in my code, the very things we covered in the lecture. While I am a firm believer in "you are technically correct, the best kind of correct", this doesn't feel quite right. Am I over thinking this or should I just submit the program as is?
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
In lab6, in the simulate_game( ) function, there is the following snippet of code:
def simulate_game(team1, team2):
"""Simulate a game. Return True if team1 wins, False otherwise."""
rating1 = team1["rating"]
rating2 = team2["rating"]
the parameters team1 and team2 appear to be referring to the list teams[ ] (with an "s"). However, I can't… Mehr understand how python "knows" that team1 and team2 are referring to two consecutive teams' ratings in the dictionaries within the teams [ ] list. What gives those two, seemingly arbitrary parameter names the ability to do that?
I really hope my question is well understood..
Edit: FIXED
Working on problem set 4 filter. Everything works fine except for grayscale, I keep getting these errors when I run check50.
I had a similar issue with sepia until I remembered to include round in the formula, but it didn't seem to fix my issue in grayscale and I can't figure out what's wrong.
Hello everyone! Can someone help me about Problem set 2 - Readability?
After running check50 I'm getting only one error that has to do with handling one sentence with multiple words where the expected grade should be 7 but I get Grade 8. I've been debugging for 2 days and I don't seem to find the error...
With CS50X under my belt, it's time for CS50W 😄 This is my Project 0, Search: https://64397804d3e3b600089914ba--fastidious-licorice-7b9083.netlify.app/
Nothing fancy, but I'm very excited to learn more about web development!

There is no mobile support (yet!), so I suggest opening it on your computer. Let me know what you think!
I would like to say big thank you to whole… Mehr CS50 staff and all group members which kept me going with this course. You're the BEST!
