Women At Work was founded on International Women's Day 2017 as a group for women to share their career based queries and get advice from a community of supportive women, wherever they work.
Why: To help women… More reach their highest potential by being part of a supportive network
Who: All women. Whether you’re in your first job, at home with your children and planning to return to work or indeed you’ve reach the pinnacle of your career and want to give something back. All women, all welcome.
What: Virtual, group mentoring. You bring the topic you’re struggling with, or need inspiration on and we’re sure someone in the group will have some wise words to share. In time, we’ll develop some curated topics and guest features. Watch this space …
How: Tapping into the hive expertise - everyone is a specialist in their own field, and everyone has their own experiences of work (both positive and negative). By sharing we can learn from each other, but this will only work if you, the members, support one another in a respectful, no pearl clutching kind of way.
