Well it’s happening again, CPS was at my door. I don’t know why as I wasn’t home. But I’m worried. Different county than last time and I know it can’t be for the same thing as last time as my daughter is medically stable and we have had no crazy stuff happening for them to claim munchausen by proxy again. I Have food in the house, I have heat and… Mehr hot water, my kids all have beds and are safe. My house is lived in but clean. However I have a few questions. 2 of my children only have matresses on the floor as I can’t afford bed frames. And last week I lost my job. I’m worried they are going to use that against me. I’m trying as hard as I can but I’m a single parent now as I got divorced last year. Their dad and I are in good terms so I know it wasn’t him who called.

I have a question So child safety had a 3 day order for my kids and it ran out at midnight last night and their has b3en no other order yet but they still haven't returned my kids.

In need of help my lawyer is my husbands cousin and this is his first CPS case. The case started June 24th of last year. I’m not going into details but I need help because they have made me homless and I’m disabled with no income and have 3 of my 4 kids because I had to give my son over to the state to get him help for his neurological/mental issues.

I been trying to do the services that I need to do but my social worker miss Taylor told me that I couldn't do my services out here in Arizona I am out here taking care of my mom because she not doing well health wise and I had got all the information for my social worker miss Taylor to put me on one of the services I needed to do and she told me… Mehr that since it not in la County that I couldn't do that services that I needed to do . I have court coming up this month and I don't know what to do about my social worker miss Taylor denying me to do one of the services that I need to do how can I tell the judge because my lawyer never answer her phone and every time I call my social worker miss Taylor she never wants to answer my calls but calls my kids aunt and tell her things and my social worker miss Taylor keeps putting me in the dark and I been trying to get a piece of paper for me to get my daughter social security card and every time I tell what kind of paper work I need for that and I get no answer or anything from my social worker miss Taylor.. what can I do

My TPR hearing is Friday the 13th
My lawyer told me that DCFS is requesting 60 days to evaluate the foster family for adoption ability. BUT they had already done that awhile back. One of my children was seriously injured recently in the foster home and now all of a sudden DCFS claims they need time to evaluate. I think that they are trying… Mehr to (once again) find a way to flip this and blame me. I've kept my cool while they were trying to get me to argue. I've requested the medical information so I can know the extent of my daughter's injury since she might have to get her finger amputated. Tpr cased dissmissed now to achieve overnights then weekends I’m so ready for my babies! Each visit it gets harder and harder for me to send them back to foster care 🥹😢 and I know my girls feel it as well

My case was dropped today and closed. I actually got a ” we sent u paper work that we are closing your case. We found absolutely no wrong doing and we are sorry . We do have to investigate every call though. Have a good day."

I actually got a " sorry" my mouth dropped to the floor.

What my social worker miss Taylor is doing is discrimination against me cause both of my kids are half black because everyone that is on my case is black .. my social worker is black her supervisor is black and my foster mom is black and all the down to my judge he even black like I am not trying to be racist but it all comes down to they are trying to say I don't know how to raise black kids that is not right for them to discriminate against me like not far what can I do ..
