This group is the original platform dedicated in 2007 to people who love the Chrysler K platform and the many K-platform derivatives. This is the original, legitimate Chrysler K-Car Club that was founded by Guy V. Coulombe on February 10th, 2007. The other groups our splinter groups led by jealous ex-club members. We have 2,200 registered members. The club's sole purpose is to save the Chrysler K-Car from extinction. We are a valid IRS 501(c)4 Social Welfare Organization that makes no money whatsoever. We advertise on behalf of sellers to keep the cars out of the crusher, and save cars by advertising them and pulling them out of the junkyards. Most of the donations are used to run the various websites outside of facebook, as we are not a facebook page, but an actual active car club. We do car shows as well, and provide online technical, seller, and repair assistance. Please support us. This is also a feeder page due to a recent attempt by some jealous vicious people to destroy the club, so I have to approve members manually and have them answer three questions.

Before the KCar, American cars were 4,000 pounds, had V8 engines and got 10 MPG. The KCar weighed about half that much, had 4 cylinder engines that delivered over 20 MPG in the city, yet still were roomy, reliable and road worthy for long trips.
