The context of this message is that this young lady viewed a… Mehr house yesterday evening with us, and paid a £135 holding deposit. By 8am this morning she was asking if she could move today as she was in a hurry. But we have a process, so the answer was no, but we could probably move her in by weekend.
The timing of this is ironic as on Monday, during one of our Property Management Programme monthly coaching calls, one of the students on the call asked if everyone uses a referencing process.
