Hi everybody. After 2 years of perfect using of my roborock s6 maxV, I have a problem. He can not do cleaning properly. He is moving like on picture and he is not capable to do cleaning of whole house. I also reset him to factory set up, but that didnt help. Do you have anybody same experience, and solution what to do?

Would the rotating mop be a drawback vs the vibrating mop if I have a golden retriever and 3 daughters and 3 of us have long hair!?
Would love to know … I just purchased the s8 pro ultra but wondering if I should return it to save $ and get the revo with rotating mop. But if dog hair and daughters hair will just get stuck in the revo with rotating mop, I will keep the s8.
Any other major pros or cons vs the 2? Thanks!
Thanks!!
- The robot will not mount a rather thick carpet (hight/thickness ca 2 cm)
- The robot will not cross a threshold - hight ca 2 cm
- The robot gets tangled in a light thin carpet, which starts to fold when it attempts to get on top of it.
I bought a S8 Roborock in August, been really happy with it but it’s already broken (Fan error 155)and it’s been suggested I go through warranty to get it replaced after trying all the suggestions from customer service. Just wondering if they are suitable for a farmhouse with dirty boots and dogs? Is there a better robot to replace it with as thinking maybe only good for less messy homes?
My Roborock S7 just randomly stops mid cleaning cycle. No low battery, no full dustbin, no notifications as to why. Just in the middle of the floor. I’ve reset the internet multiple times because I thought it was internet related. So frustrating. It’s only 2 years old.
Can anyone help?
(I saw a previous post saying battery issues but I can restart it immediately or send it to the dock and it will do it.)
I just got the Q5+ ( I have had the mop/vacuum combo in the past but nothing could go up against my English Mastiff’s dried slobber so I just mop separately). I run it in the middle of the night. I came downstairs this morning to it in the middle of our mudroom floor, no obstructions, and not on the doc in a separate room. Battery was still at 60% and it went back to the doc when I selected it in the app with no problem. There were no notifications on the app that it was having any trouble. What gives?
Hi I have the S7 max ultra. I got it just before Christmas I do a full house clean twice a day and the bin is always full but it won't empty, it makes the empty noise and the bag in the Dock has some bits in but each time I check the bin in the robot is still rammed full.
A) will it always pick up this much or over time will the amounts get less?
B) why isn't it empting into dock?
I have checked all plastic removed from robot
I have checked the round cover in Dock under bag, this appears clean and correctly fitted, what am I missing?
Thank you.
