Silver Birch Grove is an ADF (Ár nDraíocht Féin: A Druid Fellowship) congregation of Neo Pagan Druids serving the greater Melbourne area.
We honour the Earth Mother and the Kindred by… More celebrating the eight Neo Pagan High Days in public rituals. We hope to continue to grow and serve the community both spiritually and materially through rituals, workshops, study groups and public works.

This group is open to all who are looking for more information about Neo paganism and ADF druidry in particular and all those who wish to honour the cycles of Nature. We believe there are no stupid questions and we don’t expect you to know what you don’t know.

You don’t need to be a member of ADF to attend our events or be a member of this page, although if you would like to know more about ADF and what membership provides, you can either ask for more information here, or go to ADF.org

We welcome people of all paths and levels of experience, people of all genders and sexualities, of all races, skin colours, cultural identities, and of all abilities.
We stand with the LGBTQI+ community; SBG meets are queer and trans-friendly spaces. We are intersectional, inclusive, and we will use whichever pronouns you prefer. Our community is diverse, supportive, and nurturing, and we love it that way.
Accessibility information will be provided for all venues. Our events are family friendly unless listed otherwise.

We acknowledge and pay our respects to the traditional caretakers of the land we meet on. The gatherings we enjoy so much are held on land they lived on for thousands of years before white settlement. We pay our respects to their elders – past, present and emerging – and acknowledge the important role Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people continue to play within the community.

Thanks for accepting me back here. I joined ADF at the same time I started my OBOD Ovate study - not a great idea and together with 2020 being such a ridiculous year, I never really got going. I’m well settled into the Ovate work, and for me, it’s a good time to start the Dedicant path. There’s much I love and appreciate in both paths.

Winter is coming and that means it's a time for baking at our house. I love the taste of ginger biscuits, but am always looking for new recipes if anyone has a favourite.

We are happy to announce that the Friends of the Merri Creek Labyrinth have received a grant from City of Yarra!
We hope this will become a multi-year project with the objective that will… More
1. Create native gardens around the Labyrinth.
2. Improve the sustainability of the Labyrinth.
This year, the focus will be a native garden bed between the Labyrinth and the pathway, restoring habitat for our non-human relatives.
We are working with the City of Yarra and their biodiversity contractor Felix Botanica to prepare the site for a community planting day of 800 wildflower plants, probably in early September…
