Hi lovely humans, I’m planning on renting a gorgeous large bedroom in a nice house in Valley Village.
Rent would be $850 a month plus utilities are every other month and deposit.
I’ve lived here for 7 years… More and love it.
The room has French Doors that open up to a huge private yard with fruit trees. Outside the bedroom, you will have your own large oversized chair and fire pit.
There is a guest house in the backyard.
Tons of free street parking (I haven’t had a ticket in 7 years) and a beautiful neighborhood with mansions and some celebrity neighbors. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a Neighborhood watch and patrol security.
Just down the street from the new Trader Joe’s at Laurel Canyon and Oxnard. 1 mile away front LA Valley College, easy freeway access to 170 and 101. The Metro is within walking distance.
Sadly there is only 1 bathroom. Huge kitchen with gas stove and double oven.
Sorry, no cats but smaller well-behaved dogs may be considered. No pet deposit needed.

Edit... Ladies preferred and must show proof of income.

I will be… More helping Plenty build their second indoor farm in Compton, so I am looking for places near the coast (Long Beach (maybe HB) to Santa Monica)

I am also looking at fully furnished Airbnb's, but if someone has a furnished sublet open that would be amazing (I would rather not live alone for 3 months ). Budget 3000$/month and looking to move in early March (start work on the 8th).
