Today we have had an 88 case increase in our Covid-19 cases. We were unfortunately made aware of one more fatality, which puts us at 141 in total.

We are seeing cases due to gatherings within homes (i.e.More extended family getting together, birthday parties, dinner parties, etc.). We have seen many cases linked to Halloween parties. Please limit your contacts to those that you live with. Contact with friends and extended family is strongly discouraged. While I understand this is not easy, it will have an impact and it can save lives. Because of this, I encourage you to think creatively in regards to upcoming holidays.

118 case increase today.
😱😱😱

Fall River is now at 3411 confirmed cases of Covid-19. This is a 118 case increase from yesterday. We are not alone in this increase- the state of Massachusetts added 2495 casesMore today.

Staying home from work or school while experiencing symptoms or waiting for test results is one of the most important things that residents can do to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Simple precautions, testing and isolating while waiting for results is key to prevent the spread of illness in the workplace, which is one contributor to our recent increase in Covid-19 cases.
