Faculty Forward has become the largest and fastest growing adjunct organizing campaign representing over 20,000 teaching faculty across the country. Over 7,000 were organized within a year. What started out as Adjunct Action has now evolved into something greater. We are working to build on the success of the faculty organizing and advocation efforts across the country under the banner of Adjunct Action and other SEIU locals as well as NC Raise Up For $15. The more people we unite, the stronger we will be. We are uniting to win long lasting and significant change for all faculty and the students. Some of those changes we seek are but not limited to the following:

• Ensuring ALL faculty receive fair compensation by establishing a national minimum total compensation standard of $15,000 per course;
• Making quality higher education affordable and accessible for ALL students;
• Holding for-profit colleges AND universities accountable for dismal student outcomes.
