Consent isn't the absence of a "no" – it's the presence of a "yes!"

Yes. There is nothing wrong with casual sex as long as both parties are consenting and practice safe sex. The issue is that usually, the woman becomes the 'slut' with the terrible reputation and the man is just a man. Expecting a man to want casual sex is wrong, just like painting women who have casual sex negatively is wrong. If you aren't going to respect your partner when it's over, then don't initiate the hookup.

If I want to have sex, I pick the guy and I make my move. You can try talking to me, but if I'm not feeling you, GO AWAY.

I started off just writing a comment, but it kind of went on from there.

Mods: If you feel it's is too self-promotiona l without relevance for me to put this link here, please feel free to say so or remove it yourself. I will take absolutely no offense. I have certainly given other people on this page grief for posting links to something which has nothing to do with the article.
And before someone accuses me, no I didn't put a link to EF's donation page on there, to guilt them into letting me link my article here. But I fully admit the idea to put the donation-drive note on my article came to me while writing the Mods note above.
