Don't forget rectoceles and uroceles after vaginal childbirth. Even regular pelvic floor exercise can only help improve it, not make it go away completely. Also the pannus belly flap. Even thin women get it. No fun.

Can we maybe have an article to explain the damages that genital mutilation does to both the penis and vagina? I'm totally against child abuse and I don't know how anyone could be cruel enough to mutilate a child's genitals without their consent. It causes life long physical and emotional damage.
