To our community members in the Tomball area, near 249 & 99.
Yesterday evening, Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the 11500 blk of Ezekiel Rd, reference a welfare check on Francisco Romero (32).
Romero had been reported missing by a family member and was last known to be at the Ezekiel address.
Deputies located a detached
structure on the property and found what appeared to be a human body, wrapped in plastic, secured with tape, inside the structure.
Both property owners (a couple) have been charged in the case: Narciso Banos (49) was charged with Murder, and Banos’ wife, Francisca Carrizales was charged with Tampering with a Human Corpse. Both were booked in the Harris County Jail.
