This is, bar none, one of the worst pieces of garbage legislation ever written.

The federal Constitution offers the federal government no authority whatsoever over the regulation of guns, but here we have one of the least constitutional and most elitist members of the beltway cabal wanting to take control of guns in every State. If these idiots are allowed to do this, what do you think the next batch of even more progressive overlords will want to do with that power?

I guess we can expect John Cornyn to force Alaskans to take my $16 Texas fishing license next, right?
