How many are familiar with the life of Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim?
He is either the second richest man in the world or the richest, hard figures are difficult to come by. (I have seen wealth numbers everywhere from 80 bil. to 430 bil.)
He virtually controls all civilian communications technology in Mexico and most of Latin America. So much so that the Mexicans had to amend their Constitution in an attempt to rein him in.
Although charitable foundations are not required by law to disclose donors or amounts, it is known that Slim personally donated between 1 and 5 million U.S. Dollars to the Clinton foundation in 2015-16.
His Telmex company also donated 1-5 million.
So did another of his own companies, TracPhone, 1-5 million.
And Mr. Slim has pledged an additional 100 mil. to the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, a partnership between the Clintons and Canadian Billionaire Frank Giustra.
In addition Hillary Clinton delivered speeches to TelMex to the tune of $250,000-$500,000 a pop.
Carlos Slim is also the #1. stockholder in the New York Times Corp. owners of the NY Times newspaper. You remember them, they broke the "story" of Donald Trump's sexual assault and other peccadillos that later proved ridiculously false.
But all you will see in mainstream media about "foreign influence" in American elections is that the Russians may have hacked DNC computers.
Oh! Remember those millions of "Obama phones" that 2 BILLION DOLLARS each year of your taxes provided? Guess who's Mexican company sold those to us.
