Ciao Chow is a play on two words – Italian and English – meaning: “Hello! Eat!”
At Ciao Chow, we pride ourselves in using only the finest, high quality, seasonal Italian ingredients and are the first pizzeria in Hong Kong to secure the prestigious certification “Verace Pizza Napoletana” - the "true Neapolitan pizza" (AVPN). This means that the pizzas are made with only certain types of ingredients with approved equipment in traditional pizza-making methods.
