This is Jun. Her customers fondly call her the "Hezhe Fish Princess." Hezhe is a small ethnic group that mostly lives in northern China and is famous for their fishing skills and traditional fish-skin clothes. Jun used to have a corporate job in a big city far from home. Two years ago, she decided to return and open a BBQ fish restaurant with her parents. She said her goal was to get more people to like Hezhe roast fish and create more jobs for impoverished locals. On National Poverty Relief Day (October 17), many Chinese people, like Jun, are celebrated for helping people around them to escape poverty. #ZeroPoverty #PursuitOfHappiness
