Every year since 1976, people from all over the area come together in Scranton on Labor Day weekend to celebrate our rich Italian heritage. Events like La Festa Italiana never fail to remind me of the strong and diverse communities we have here in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Thank you to the festival organizers, vendors, and entertainers for working tirelessly to pull off another spectacular event this year. I enjoyed walking the festival with two of our state judicial candidates for Superior Court, Judge Maria McLaughlin and Judge Geoffrey Moulton.
