You've just let the world know you didn;t do it properly yourself. If you put different names back and front how are they meant to know what you want? If the inside is messed up, that is down to YOUR formatting unless you paid them to format it for you? Formatting for the size of book and doing page breaks etc is VERY different from just writing a book on Word doc and uploading just as you've written it. It sounds like you need to watch youtube and learn how to do it as if you uploaded your book and details and you never paid them to do the professional job for you, it is your fault not theirs. I've ued Lulu for years and they are always VERY helpful and have never messed up any of my books. I hate to say it, but sounds like it's down to your errors rather than theirs John
