Grinding a good amount of ladder recently to prepare for Age 4. I think I'll start streaming my ladder games and building out a community over on Twitch, something positive and fun and laid back. I'm thinking 3-5PM EST, five to six days a week, hopefully starting end of this week.
I stopped streaming awhile back because I wasn't happy with the quality of the stream, but I think it's a bit of a chicken and egg problem - I don't want to work on it if I'm not streaming regularly, but I don't want to stream if I don't work on it. So I figure a good way to solve that is to just stream my ladder practice and incrementally build out things like a proper overlay, channel description, chatbot, etc setup.
If you're interested in this kind of stuff, feel free to give me a follow here: https://www.twitch.tv/grizzlybrownbeargaming. Otherwise, I'll continue writing articles and creating long-form videos every so often, so you can look forward to those. All the best folks!

"It’s hard for me to accept the narrative that mechanics are a barrier to the genre’s popularity when its most popular games are also some of its most mechanically difficult."
