After following a solid training in environmental education and communication that has been sanctioned by a diploma awarded jointly by the World Conservation Union (IUCN) and EDUCOM Environment Canada in 1998, I worked for two years as Environmental Education Programme Manager (EEP) in the Conservation and Development Project of the Waza Logone region. In terms of conservation, this region, a wetland of international importance, includes the Waza National Park, listed in the directory of the biosphere reserve by UNESCO. So I implemented the technical, administrative and scientific program of environmental education and establishes good relations between members of different parts of the Waza Logone Project (WLP), which later became CACID / Waza Logone, in the plain Therefore the Government of the Republic of Cameroon has initiated restoration since 1992 with the technical support of specialized organizations in Ecosystem Management (IUCN, SNV, WWF). I was also able to liaise (education and communication) between the Waza Logone project and several national and international structures. With this ongoing dialogue, I have gained considerable experience in knowledge of national and international organizations also working in the field of Environmental Management. My negotiating skills (following training in project development and research funding) helped me gain the confidence of many development partners who have thus given their institutional and financial support to the vast majority of field projects subject to their discretion. As a leader in the field of Biodiversity Conservation and Management, I am able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to enable them to provide as much themselves. Since January 1st, 2012, I am appointed as Country Representative of WSA (Water and Sanitation for Africa) in Chad. In my practice, I am bilingual (French and English).
