Today I had the privilege of meeting Tanner Wilson & Brandon Qualls from Norman, Arkansas. In February, Tanner surprised his friend Brandon with an electric wheelchair that he had saved his money for two years to buy. What an incredible act of kindness & example of a true friend.
There are 2,543 new COVID-19 cases in Arkansas. Our efforts to slow the spread of this virus are so important as we distribute vaccine doses across the state. Thanks to all for following guidelines.

At Fort Chaffee today, I had the chance to thank some of the 500 members of the Arkansas National Guard that have been deployed to Washington, D.C., in support of a peaceful transition of power at next week's inauguration of President-elect Joe Biden. Thank you for your service.
