What a sad world we live in!! If this is all there is to this man's arrest, I fail to see how this can be harrassing and intimidating to the police. If they (the police) are doing their job legally and with good conscience, I see no reason they should be worried about someone recording them! I wish I was a lawyer - I'd help you in a flash!!
