#BreastCancerAwarenessMonth: Zainab from Dar es Salaam, #Tanzania, had bloody discharge from her breast for over a year before she sought treatment. She had heard about #cancer in a pamphlet, but it took her over one year to visit a doctor. She first went to a local healer who prescribed camel urine to cure her cancer. She eventually received proper medical care, and for the two years she remained alive after her initial treatment, she remained a tireless volunteer for the only cancer support group in Tanzania, the Tanzania Breast Cancer Foundation Photo: Carolyn Taylor
