Abortion, except on federal territory, is a Tenth Amendment issue. That goes for forcing states to legalize it, and it goes for banning late-term abortions. The Federal Government shouldn't be involved.

Secession is not a bad option, people. In all seriousness, it’s probably the best option. We are too large, the Constitution has been dead for a long time, and there is far too much power held by just a few people.
