My daughter Sony does not have social media so she has asked to share for her.
Sony has expressed a desire to help other children be adopted. Today, she sat down and wrote a 2 page essay titled "Older Child Adoption Is Important". First page is posted on the left.
Please take a moment to read her words. She is a very smart young lady who cares very much about making a difference. As an adoptive mom, I know first hand the things she wrote about are spot-on. She wishes to help families who want to adopt but are afraid. This is done in her handwriting, which is also a work of art. I'm very proud of her for writing this and wanting to change lives.
