About SEC Football Fans
The Southeastern Conference is the most successful conference in NCAA Football. Created in 1932 and headquartered in Birmingham, AL, the SEC consists of 14 member schools in 11 states and is divided into two geographical divisions, the SEC East and SEC West. The SEC was the first conference in college football to have a divisional conference championship game and award an actual conference champion. Since its inception, the SEC has compiled over 200 National Championships in 20 different sports.
