The rules and regulations handed down by the EPA are out of control and hurting businesses and our economy. I cosponsored the Stopping EPA Overreach Act to rein in this rouge federal agency. The bill is an important step in invalidating EPA rules like the Clean Power Plan, ends overly burdensome climate change regulations, and requires the EPA to do a job analysis for all rules, regulations, and policies.
