Update at 5:31pm: ICE shot and wounded 53 year old Felix Torres while raiding his families home around 6am today in the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood. According to the family, at least eight family members were inside when the raid occurred. Felix's daughter Carmen told DNAinfo she was sleeping with her baby when ICE "came in & pointed pistols in our faces and dragged us out". Torres' daughter also said that "no members of the family are undocumented, and the family has lived in the home for "at least 30 years." ICE claims Felix was holding a gun when they shot him. His daughter Carmen maintains that's a lie & that Felix was unarmed at the time. "It's a lie when they say he was holding a gun He doesn't even own a gun," Carmen told DNAinfo. --- Law enforcement shot someone on the 6100 block of West Grand in the Belmon-Cragin neighborhood this morning, Chicago Police & Homeland Security are on the scene.
