About Night Owl Kitchen
Welcome to my Facebook page!
My name is Amanda Gayle, I can remember watching my Mom cooking in the kitchen. Everything from simple meals to our family's holiday get together dishes. From her, I learned to love cooking and baking though I prefer doing them at night. I have more time to myself and am able to get more done.
A passion of mine is trying to simplify recipes so beginners and uneasy cooks can feel confident enough to attempt cooking. Cooking can be fun, therapeutic, and doesn't always require every single ingredient in your pantry or fridge. Sometimes the best meals have 5 ingredients or less. If there is a way to cut a corner or two you can bet I'll be taking them just to save myself some time, energy, and a dirty dish or two
I also love to finger knit, do paper crafts with my child, and help with food storage. Living with my folks has helped me to learn some extra skills that I either wouldn't have discovered any time soon or even attempted. I'm eternally grateful for their putting up with me
I'm a hot mess y'all!
Please feel free to email me (nightowlkitchen@yahoo.com) with any questions you might have or private message me if you prefer, share this page with your friends, family, coworkers, and your Great Aunt Betty
